As a new patient, I was thankful to be getting in so quickly when I was concerned with some swelling on my gum. Skyler was very accommodating on the phone, you could tell by the sound of her voice she likes her job. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was extremely nice. Natalie and Dr. Riley Payne thank you for your kindness and letting me talk and ask questions. The office is very calming. If you are looking for a dentist. I recommend Epperson Payne Dental Group.

I could not have asked for a nicer experience. I have a new patient exam and cleaning scheduled for later next month, but I needed in for an urgent matter. They fit me in their schedule and every person I spoke with was so nice and kind. Dr Epperson was extremely thorough and explained everything with me until I understood fully. Mind you, HE fit me in HIS busy schedule. I never felt rushed or lesser than. My scheduled visit will be with Dr. Jordan Payne and I know 1000% his care will be exceptional because of the environment all of their staff has made the workplace. I made the right choice finding my new dental office home!

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. We really love the experience there. Our whole family goes and unlike so many other dentist they take the time to talk to you, explaining everything, making sure you are fully satisfied!

Chelsi the hygienist did so well with our daughter and even with her specific issues (oral aversion and vibratory sensitivity). Our daughter was happy and giggling through the appointment. She also said in the car that she wants to come back here! I am a nurse practitioner so I understand that positive feedback doesn’t get received often enough and I want to take time to recognize Chelsi.
